These are my chosen final pieces for the unit 45 I have chosen 1 using drawn imagery (which is the first one) 1 using typography (the second poster) then I have 1 poster which is the quote from industry using just the quote so your drawn to it, the last two posters are using macro I couldn't decide which to use for the final so i decided to use both because they both jumped out at me and felt equally as strong as a finished work
This is my finished final work for the Drawn/mixed media piece I thought it stood out from the other because it is minimalistic while still having enough poignancy to stand out against my other work.
This is my final poster for typography i chose this one because of the way it stood apart i would have used my paintbrush poster but it seemed to busy and overcrowded but this one looks cleaner and you can read each word while still being drawn in by the ones in red which is what i like about this particular poster.
This is the poster using the quote i chose ( didn't have an author attached to it) I stayed with the theme of black, white and red and for this i used the paturn of the poster to create two island like blocks and a white bridge across tying it into the quote.
I chose to use these two too use for the macro poster final because they are both strong works and i couldn't decide which too use so I pulled both out from the group I had done I liked the way the black and white worked with the macro and the way i left the borders on these two giving them an effect that I am happy with I liked the way that the pains of glass layed on-top of each other and reflected the wall giving the same image reflected in the shattered parts and its the same with the rusted bar except the rusted flacks of metal chipping of so i i guess i picked these for the detail within the detail.
