we are designing the wall art for the buss station and i recently have seen sin city and thought that just having one colour other then black and whittle would look really good so i thought of getting a sillotte of group of people and adding colour would look rather good so i did that and added sky blue to their shoulder so it looked like it was raining but that technique didn't work out so i started playing round with filters and got these effects.
this is the original image of google before i edited it in any way and now the people look like little aliens
